Eric Achtmann is a business leader, serial entrepreneur, investor, and award-winning innovator in both large and high growth organisations who has systematically created $-billions in value. Following his time at the US Congressional Lean Aerospace Initiative and McDonnell-Douglas “Phantom Works”, Eric was a Defence, Aerospace & Automotive expert at McKinsey and pioneered the Firm’s extraordinarily successful product development practice (DTC/DTV). Eric raised and invested 2 pan-European venture funds, and co-founded V-Nova which provides technology underlying the new global video compression standard.
He proposed, architected, and delivered to market the global fresh drinks system underlying Coca Cola’s $5.3b acquisition of Costa Coffee, having generated over 125 patents/claims in only 6 months. He is a Founding Member of Meggitt plc’s Technology Advisory Board (LSE: MGGT), Founding Director of Celdara Medical, Executive Director at Javelin Oncology, Expert Advisor to the European Commission, Senior Advisor to McKinsey, and was recently credited with mediating successfully a US-Russian patent dispute involving strategic CRISPR gene-editing technology. Eric is an Eisenhower Fellow and holds four post-graduate degrees in Finance and Engineering from MIT and other leading US and European universities.

Francesco Lovo is an award-winning designer and innovator. In his role as SVP R&D and COO of Pininfarina (“PF”), the world’s pre-eminent design house.
Francesco has delivered >400 creative engineering and design projects in partnership with leading brands across multiple sectors including aerospace, marine, public mobility & public transport, for both consumer and industrial products. Francesco’s designs touch tens of millions across the globe, daily. Among his more notable successes are the revolutionary interior designs for the Airbus A350 and the Sukhoi Regional Jet, as well as the Princess R35 yacht, the Coca Cola “Freestyle”, and the control tower for Istanbul’s new international airport.
Further, he led the corporate identity redesign of US networking giant Cisco, as well as PF’s contribution to the physical exterior digital user experience of Costa Coffee’s world leading “Marlow” vending system. He is also the proud creator of the Olympic Torch of the 2006 Torino Olympic games. Francesco holds an MS in Aerospace Engineering.

Christian Miccio is an award-winning software developer, entrepreneur, and executive. His products reach 1b users globally. An engineer by background, Christian was Employee #2 at “Shazam”, the iconic music recognition service. There, he created the company’s novel software platform. Shazam won the Queen’s Innovation Prize and sold to Apple for $400m. His innovative commercial successes brought Christian to Google where he served as a lead contributor & Product Manager for Gmail and Google Maps during the company’s hyper growth phase. His experience extends to large businesses, where he has created state-of-the-art, disruptive digital technology & data platforms with telco industry leaders.
Christian was a core member of Costa Coffee’s industry-defining “Team Marlow”, where he co-defined the user experience, achieving record-breaking user acceptance. Christian is a Trustee of Code Your Future. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and an INSEAD MBA.
